He emphasized that he died. The Apara singer revealed this in a candid interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo. He said: he wasn’t there. He was just somewhere living his life. I have nothing to do with him. “I broke up with his father in 1990, but the day I met him was the day his father passed away. He came all the way from Apapa to Mushin’s house. He was strong and healthy.

He asked about my mother and I told him I didn’t have a mother. I called her mother and she told me that her father was nearby and she had been asked to leave. I told her father what her mother said, but my father said he would wait until her mother came back. The other brothers heard that he was there, so they could not go home that night. “So it was just me, my father and Obi, the last born. we slept together. He slept in the bed with my brother. I think he was throwing up when I woke up. He was very moving. I didn’t think it was really bad that this guy wasn’t there, but hey, I think it’s a shame that we don’t die. So that was the last day I saw my father. From our home to the morgue.

“I think he knew he was going to die because we hadn’t seen each other for 15-17 years, and then all of a sudden he came to our house and rested and went straight to the morgue. Terry Apala.
