Mavin CEO, Don Jazzy has revealed that he got married for the first time 18 years ago.
Don Jazzy disclosed this on Saturday on his Instagram page.
He revealed that he got married at the age of 20 and the marriage crashed due to his love for music.
According to him, this is the reason why he has remained unmarried till now.
The post read: “For so long everyone keeps asking me when am I getting married? Well the truth is almost 18 years ago I was 20 and I got married to my best friend Michelle @yarnstaswitch and it was beautiful. I loved love and I loved marriage. Michelle is soooo beautiful inside and outside with such a soft heart. But then me being so young and full of dreams I went and fucked it up cos I was giving all my time to my Music. Music became priority instead of my family.
He disclosed that he got divorced when he was 22-year-old and since then had stayed away from love and marriage because he was hurt.
“We got divorced when I was 22 and it hurt. I am still very much in love with my music and I wouldn’t want to marry another and fuck it up again. So I’m taking my time. Why am I just saying this now?? I really like to keep my relationships private actually. Past or present.
“But I was watching the bounce interview with Ebuka which is almost like a tell-all interview, and I felt bad skipping this huge part of my life. So yeah make una no vex o,” his post added.
Why I asked Keyamo for money – Eedris Abdulkareem
Veteran musician, Eedris Abdulkareem has responded to the revelation by the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo about him.
Kayamo had accused Eedris of blackmailing him in his new song ‘Jagajaga Reloaded’ because he refused to give him money in 2018 to campaign for President Muhammadu Buhari.
But Eedris responding on his Instagram page said in 2018, he looked up to Keyamo as a brother and a comrade who loved Nigeria and demanded for money because his mother was dying.
His post read: “Did Festus Keyamo join the cabal or not?
When he was in prison, I stood by him, I fought Obasanjo on behalf of all the comrades in prison, I released Jagajaga.
“When my mother was dying, I reached out to a brother, or the one I thought was a brother and a comrade. Could he have helped? Yes, did he help? No. Such was the wickedness of Keyamo’s heart that he munched and kept personal details for three years. Real Hallmark of a Blackmailer!
“In 2018, I still thought the man was a comrade who could effect a change in the government he served. Then he joined the cabal, he became an inner caucus and held the steering wheel spiralling Nigeria into doom.
“He joined to crush the revolution of the youths, he joined the cabal. The cabal which mowed down our youths at LEKKI TOLL GATE.
“With a vexed spirit, I went again to the studio for “Jagajaga Reloaded” and the Blackmailer went to town. The cabal is awoken. The cabal is hit. The cabal is in pain. The cabal is failing. The cabal will fall.
“The Blackmailer said I recorded a song for Buhari. The said song is titled: “Obasanjo Write Buhari Letter”. Here is the link to that song, listen and you will phantom the deviousness and dubiousness of the evil SAN (Senior Advocate Blackmailer of Nigeria) called Festus Keyamo, ” Eedris said.
The musician went ahead to admonish Nigerians not to be threatened but to keep asking questions about the state of the nation.
“Issues raised on Jagajaga Reloaded are facts. Nigeria never had it so bad. The Jagajaga has taken a gargantuan dimension. We must keep asking questions. We must ask the cabal questions.”
Buhari is going nowhere – Tacha slams Nigerians calling for President’s resignation
Former Big Brother Naija, BBNaija, housemate, Anita Natacha Akide, also known as Tacha has taken a swipe at Nigerians who are calling for President Mohammadu Buhari’s resignation.
The Reality Tv star, in a video shared via her Twitter handle, said Buhari is not going anywhere until he completes his tenure.
She pointed out that the only way Nigerians can fulfil their dreams of having competent leaders in positions of authority is when they get involved in the election processes which includes coming out to cast their votes during an election.
Tacha also slammed Nigerians who are always quick to go online to rant while taking a cue from a recently held by-election in Abia State where a small number of registered voters came out to vote.
“Nigerians forming woke but na we silly pass. So now it’s Buhari must go that is currently trending.
“Everyone in Nigeria knows that Buhari is not going anywhere until he completes his tenure so what is the need really?
“There was a by-election in Abia state and out of 500,000 registered voters, only 16,000 came out to vote. That is like 3 people out of 100 people. It is as good as nothing.
“How do we keep complaining about bad governance and we do not want to get involved in governance.
“How do you get involved in governance? By seeing it as an obligation to use your voter cards to vote. The voter card is not going to vote by itself. You need to use it.
“That mindset of ours need to change. We want good governance, we need to vote in good governance.” She said.

“This is heartwarming. These musicians are really great and notable Ambassadors of Nigeria. They have certainly done the nation proud at a very crucial time in the history of our nation.
“They deserve accolades from every Nigerian. This is a great challenge to our youths that they can equally excel in whatever they are doing as long as they are committed and hardworking.
“This should encourage them to put their talents at work. Talent is a natural gift from God and it’s not based on your acquiring education.
“Our youths should wake up and look inward, there must be something in them that if properly utilized, can earn them a living.
“One will, however, urge President Buhari to promptly Honour these great Ambassadors of Nigeria with national awards, they deserve it.”
